We complete a performance report on every search that assesses specific measurable action items that determine and drive quality. We have invested in a state-of-the-art recruitment system, which enables us to locate those hard to find passive candidates and begin selling your company's employment brand, job opportunity as well as quickly ascertain the competencies and abilities of each potential job applicant.
Our process is simple. At the beginning of each engagement our managing partners will meet with you to immediately gather information on your company, competitors, and overall market conditions. During this meeting we will also gather information regarding your organization's direction and strategic objectives as well as your expectations for the position. Based on the information gathered, we will develop a position description, which will highlight the role and responsibilities of each position as well as develop a detailed position specification, which will target the skills and competencies needed to succeed in the role. Once an agreed upon position description and specifications is in place, we will engage our senior consultants within that functional practice and quickly develop a short list of candidates we plan to screen.
Herman Draack will attract, screen and personally interview all potential candidates as well as conduct thorough background and reference checks. Once we have interviewed and developed a qualified list of candidates, we will personally present a profile of each candidate for your review. Our goal is to provide you with at least three qualified candidates to interview so that you may select the best fit for the position. The top two objectives of most of our hiring mangers are speed and cost. We strive to fill most of our engagements within 30 days of initiation. As customer satisfaction is our highest priority, we have devised a payment schedule that delivers quality and insures satisfaction.
